PSPC2026: Dates & Location


The 16th Poverty and Social Protection Conference (PSPC2026) will take place in the heart of Southeast Asia, Bangkok, Thailand, from March 9–11, 2026.   • Early Bird Registration Ends: September 15, 2025
  • Final Application Deadline (for speakers): December 25, 2025*
  • Proceedings Submission Deadline: February 1, 2026
* Applications and submission proposals are reviewed and accepted on a rolling admission basis. Space in the conference and number of spots for speakers are limited, to ensure maximized value of learning and networking experience. Admission may close earlier if the space fills up.

We are happy to assist with arranging your accommodation at the Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit, offering discounted rates exclusively for PSPC2025 participants. If you would like us to book a room on your behalf, please indicate your desired stay dates in the participant information sheet, which will be sent as a separate document alongside your conference invitation. These discounted rates apply to the full duration of your stay and can include days before and after the conference, depending on your finalized flight itinerary.​
