Applications are being accepted and reviewed on a rolling admission basis as long as space is available. Admission decision is made within 7 days, after the application has been submitted. If admitted to the conference, you will be asked to confirm your position and complete registration within the period of two weeks in most cases or less if admission closing date comes sooner. Please, ensure that you will be able to attend the event and register within above specified time frame, as space is limited and is not kept reserved after the deadline stated in the admission letter. Please read terms and conditions prior to submitting application.
