The 4th Poverty and Social Protection Conference (PSPC2011), held from 1–3 March 2011 in Bangkok, Thailand at the Royal Benja Hotel, continued the evolution of the PSPC series into an internationally recognized forum for cross-sector dialogue on poverty, inequality, and social protection systems.
After several formative years marked by growing participation and increasingly diverse representation, PSPC2011 further strengthened the conference’s global identity.
