Venue: Royal Benja Hotel
The 6th Poverty and Social Protection Conference (PSPC2013), held from 9th to 11th March 2013 at Royal Benja Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, brought together scholars, professionals, and policymakers from around the globe to explore practical and research-based approaches to poverty reduction and social protection.
Throughout three days of sessions, participants shared research findings, country experiences, and community-level initiatives focused on reducing vulnerability, promoting social inclusion, and strengthening safety nets for those most at risk. With many new collaborations formed and ideas exchanged, PSPC2013 further contributed to the growing international dialogue on how to design and implement effective social protection systems.
